I reserve the right to decline any commission i'm not comfortable with, without need for explanation.

Product will be delivered digitally via Google Drive (png and jpg).

Visual references are preferred but not required, other aspects such as pose, mood or colors can be specified or left up to the artist's discretion.

Discriminatory or hateful content/behaviour will not be tolerated.

I will not start a commission without adequate detail of what I will be drawing and full upfront payment.

I accept payment through PayPal but can also use Bizum for Spanish clients.

If a commission is cancelled by the client before linework approval, I will refund the percentage that hasn’t been completed. Once the linework is approved, no refunds will be available.

If a commission is cancelled by me, the artist, there will be a full refund.

The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, and without explanation.

At any point during a commission, if I do not receive a needed reply from you within two weeks (14 days), the commission may be cancelled.

I, the artist, reserve all rights to my art, and may add any work to my portfolio/social media.

You may not remove any watermarks I may put on your commission.

Do not repost my work unless it is something you have commissioned from me, in which case I require credit (@illostrations in twitter or @illostrations_ in instagram).

I prohibit using my art in NFTs or AI training.

You may not use personal commissions for commercial reasons (reselling, merchandise, advertisements, etc.).

My turnaround time is usually 1-3 weeks, depending on the piece and my workload. I will be sure to provide clients with an estimate before requesting payment.

Commissions are done in order of submit. But if you need it done by a deadline let me know in the application and I'll let you know if I can make it on time.

Clients may not request large changes once lineart is started. But has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits (i.e. eye color change).

WIPs will be sent at no extra cost.

It may take a while for me to send the commission approval because I do not like to accept the money if I can't start right away. So thank you so much for the patience!
